Chicken, bacon and ranch dressing is an awesome combination of flavors that goes so well with a pasta salad! It’s a pretty simple pasta salad with pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cheddar cheese, chicken, bacon and ranch dressing. You can use any cooked, sliced or grated chicken that you like; I prefer to use country fried chicken to give it even more flavor, but leftover fried chicken will do! You can change the salad ingredients as you wish, but no matter how you cook it, this summer this salad will be a great option for any occasion!

Ingredient
8 oz. Pasta (gluten-free)
6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups chicken, cooked and sliced or grated (like grilled chicken)
8 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 Avocado, sliced
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 Cup diced or crumbled cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing (link)

Prepare the paste as indicated on the package, dry it and rinse with cold water until it cools down.
Mix pasta, lettuce, chicken, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, cheese and dressing!
To choose from: add 1/4 cup of green sauce.
