Savory Slow Cooker Chicken Barbacoa for Delicious Meals

A simple chicken cutlet in a slow cooker with a grill flavor!
Beef stew over low heat is one of my favorite dishes, and one day I thought: I wonder if it would work if I took all the seasonings for grilled beef and just put them in a slow cooker with the chicken? I had to try it, and I succeeded! This grilled chicken recipe is one of the easiest thanks to its fast and slow cooking! Although I prefer to grill beef, this grilled chicken dish is a really nice, simple, easy and delicious alternative! Ingredient
1 pound of chicken
1 small onion, sliced or diced as a puree
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup chicken broth (or beer, or water)
2 pods of chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped (or to taste)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 Bay leaves

Put the chicken and onion in a slow cooker, pour a mixture of garlic, cumin, oregano, broth, chipotle pepper, lime juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, cloves and bay leaf and cook over low heat for 8 hours or over high heat for 2-3 hours.

Slice the chicken, stir and enjoy!
