Sandwiches with chicken and cheese steak, onion, pepper and lots of melted Provolone cheese!
Cheesecake sandwiches are one of my favorites, and this chicken version is almost as delicious! Cheese steaks are prepared from thinly sliced beef, fried with onions (and, optionally, with pepper), then sprinkled with cheese, usually viz or provolone, and spread on a bun / bagel / boroviki. This version starts with thinly sliced chicken seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, peppercorn, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, and everything else remains as in the original. These steaks with chicken and cheese are very easy to prepare and very tasty!
