Savory Turkey Bacon Ranch Pesto Sandwich Recipe

Summer sandwich with ranch pesto sauce, turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce and havarti.

Here’s another recipe that uses the classic combination of chicken, bacon and ranch, but this time with turkey and in a sandwich! This is a summer sandwich in which turkey slices are combined with avocado, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, as well as with a rich layer of fresh homemade basil pesto mixed with ranch sauce!

Ingredient
3 tablespoons basil pesto (link)
3 tablespoons of ranch dressing (link)
1 Slice of focaccia bread (or 6 rolls, or 12 slices of bread) (gluten-free for gluten-free dishes)
6 Slices of havarti cheese (or cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
1 large avocado, sliced
6 ounces turkey, sliced (or diced)
6 slices of bacon, steamed
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
1 cup salad, cut into thin slices.

Mix the pesto sauce with basil and ranch dressing.

Make a sandwich, slice it and enjoy!

Option: Replace the ranch dressing with mayonnaise or Caesar sauce.
Cooking option: Add 1/4 cup of thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes.
