A salad full of delicious snack ingredients!
An appetizer is a traditional first course of Italian cuisine, which is usually prepared in small portions and served on a single dish. This salad is inspired by the appetizer recipe where you just take all your favorite dishes off the appetizer plate and add them to the salad! The salad is based on lettuce leaves, and the ingredients for the snack are artichokes, olives, pepperoncini, provolone, balls of fresh mozzarella, pepperoni and salami. Homemade Italian dressing perfectly complements the salad! All the ingredients are cut into small pieces, so this salad can be safely called a “sliced Italian salad”.
